At Automata Army, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you can try our services risk-free.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment
- After 14 days, you may cancel anytime but refunds are not provided for the current billing period
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 30 days of your annual payment
- After 30 days, you may cancel but refunds are prorated based on remaining months
- Prorated refunds are calculated at monthly rates, not annual rates
3. Usage-Based & Credit Refunds
For products with usage-based pricing or credit systems (e.g., API calls, screenshot credits):
- Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Partially used credit packages are refunded for the unused portion
- Bonus or promotional credits are non-refundable
4. Exceptions
Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of services
- Requests made after the applicable refund period
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)
- Custom enterprise agreements (governed by separate terms)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and order/subscription ID
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (helps us improve)
We'll process your request within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings/dashboard
- Emailing our support team
- Using the cancellation link in your billing emails
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will not renew
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
7. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. Service credits:
- Can be applied to future purchases or subscription renewals
- Do not expire (unless specified)
- Are non-transferable
- May be offered for service disruptions or technical issues
